Stainless Steel 316Ti Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel that combines chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, with titanium added to enhance its resistance to intergranular corrosion. Its makeup includes 16–18% Chromium, 10–14% Nickel, 2–3% Molybdenum, and 0.5% Titanium. The titanium not only boosts high-temperature strength but also prevents carbide precipitation during welding. This tubing offers impressive mechanical properties, with a tensile strength of at least 515 MPa, yield strength of at least 205 MPa, and an elongation of around 35–40%.
