Stainless steel 304H EFW tubing is fabricated from an austenitic stainless steel alloy with high carbon content (usually 0.04–0.10%) to increase high-temperature strength. The material consists of about 18–20% chromium and 8–10.5% nickel, which impart superior corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Electric Fusion Welding guarantees a tough, homogeneous weld with low defects and high structural integrity. These pipes have tensile strengths of approximately 520–720 MPa, are adequately ductile, and resistant to thermal fatigue, thus being appropriately suited for usage in high-temperature service conditions.
