SA214 tubes are carbon steel welded tubes used in heat exchangers, condensers, and the like. The chemical makeup is normally 0.14–0.20% carbon, 0.27–0.63% manganese, and minor amounts of phosphorus and sulfur. They provide a minimum tensile strength of 380 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa, with elongation of approximately 35%.
