Super Duplex Steel Tubing from Irfan Pipes and Tubes is generally made using UNS S32750 or S32760 grades. It boasts a well-balanced microstructure of austenite and ferrite, which gives it remarkable resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion. The chemical makeup includes about 25% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and nitrogen to boost strength and corrosion resistance. Its mechanical properties feature a high tensile strength of 800–850 MPa, a yield strength of around 550 MPa, and an elongation of approximately 25%. This tubing retains its structural integrity even under extreme pressure, temperature, and corrosive environments, making it perfect for critical service conditions.
