Super Duplex Steel Seamless Tubing from Irfan Pipes and Tubes is generally produced using UNS S32750 or S32760 grades. The alloy is composed of about 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and a touch of nitrogen, providing excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. This tubing boasts a well-balanced duplex microstructure that ensures outstanding strength and toughness. It has a tensile strength ranging from 800 to 850 MPa, a yield strength of around 550 MPa, and an elongation of 25% or more. The seamless design guarantees superior integrity, pressure resistance, and performance even in harsh environments.
